MOVE IN

Apartments will be ready for move in on August 5, 2024, at 1:00PM. Your door will be unlocked at that time, and we will leave your keys and move in packet on the kitchen counter of your unit. The door code will be texted to you the day of move in.

Please contact our office via email at admin@apartmentsiniowacity.com mailto:admin@apartmentsiniowacity.com or by phone 319-358-5520 to schedule your move in day if you are not moving in on the afternoon of the 5th. IF YOU ARE MOVING IN AFTER THE 5th AND DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE IN DAY, YOUR UNIT WILL NOT BE UNLOCKED.

If you are unsure of your apartment number, please check your lease located on your tenant portal. The first person that arrives for your apartment will get all of the keys; we do not hand out keys individually so make sure you are in communication about getting keys from each other.

We are not open on the weekends and our after-hours maintenance does not hand out keys. If you were planning to come on a weekend, please call our office to make other arrangements. We do not want to prevent anyone from moving in when they need to.

If your building has internet included, you will need to bring a wireless router (compatible brands include Netgear, Linksys, and TP links).
